SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Please note that order processing times are separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer various shipping options, and delivery estimates will be provided based on the selected shipping method.

Please be aware that the processing time mentioned in section 1 is separate from the shipping times displayed at checkout. The total time it takes for you to receive your order includes both processing and shipping times.

Delivery times may vary based on your location, chosen shipping method, and unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions or carrier delays.

  1. Local Pickup Option:

For customers located in Calgary, AB and surrounding areas, we offer a local pickup option. During the checkout process, you can select "Local Pickup" as your shipping method. Once your order is ready for pickup, you will receive an email notification with instructions on where and when to pick up your items.

  1. Order Tracking:

Once your order has been shipped, or for local pickups, you will receive a notification confirming its status. For shipped orders, this will include a tracking number. You can track your order using this number on the carrier's website.

  1. Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship to addresses within Canada. For international shipping inquiries or specific details about local pickup eligibility, please contact our customer service.

  1. Shipping Carriers:

We use reputable carriers such as Canpar, Purolator, FedEx, UPS, and Canada Post to ensure reliable and timely delivery of your order.

  1. Shipping Restrictions:

Some items may have restrictions on shipping due to their size, weight, or other factors. Please review the product details for any specific shipping restrictions.

  1. Damaged or Lost Items:

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work with the carrier to initiate an investigation and provide a resolution.

  1. Address Accuracy:

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide accurate shipping information. Please double-check your shipping address during checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

Eco Lighting Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.

Important Notice Regarding Potential Delays:

At Eco Lighting Solutions, we strive to process and ship orders promptly. However, please be aware that there may be occasional delays, especially during peak seasons or due to unforeseen circumstances.

High volumes of orders or issues with postal services, which are beyond our control, may impact the estimated delivery times.

While we work diligently to minimize any potential delays, we appreciate your understanding in situations that are outside of our direct influence.

 

Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges

Return Period: We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery.

Conditions for Return: Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Refund Process: Upon return approval, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, please email us at info@ecolighting.ca with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address damaged items on a case-by-case basis and will strive to find a satisfactory solution.
